My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with everything you need like a hairdryer, shampoo, and plenty of towels just like last year. The service was excellent, with helpful staff eager to assist, although there were a couple of instances of rudeness from some employees. The location was superb, with entertainment, three big pools, and a nice bar area all within a 5-minute walk from the beach. The dining experience had its shortcomings with limited breakfast options, but overall, it was a lovely holiday in a superb location.

The staff, overall helpful, had mixed attitudes. Excellent value for money in a brilliant location near Levante Beach.
